The main entrance ramp was regraded to a gentle 1\/24 slope, ensuring accessibility for individuals with mobility challenges. The worn and dimly lit passenger elevators and elevator hall were renovated to create a warm, inviting atmosphere through updated finishes and lighting. The elevator for patient beds is strategically located in an open area near the building\u2019s parking lot, facilitating quick access for emergency patients. Given the high power demand of medical equipment, the building\u2019s existing electrical room has been upgraded with an additional 400 kW of power capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Uwell Urology Clinic is organized into distinct floors for outpatient services, surgery, inpatient care, and amenities. The walls and floors are clad in matching ceramic tiles to convey a simple and orderly aesthetic. The wood veneer finishes provide a warm, cohesive color scheme across the outpatient floor, enhancing both atmosphere and spatial quality. To ensure comprehensive medical service, the operating rooms are equipped with both sterile and disinfection systems. Each of the three operating rooms houses state-of-the-art equipment and is outfitted with emergency power systems to maintain functionality under any circumstances.
